El Vaquero has the perfect combination of tasty food and great service. Portion sizes are generous and everything I have tried so far has been tasty. Thanks for providing Meeker with quality food options!
I cannot say enough about this incredible restaurant & their staff. I have frequently ate during peak hours as well as the not-so-busy hours. Either way the service, wait time, and quality of food is always the same: super fast, fresh & friendly! While I mainly cook at home, El Vaquero is definitely where we choose to eat when we go out for a meal & can’t stay gone from them for very long.
Wife and I finally had a chance to stop here and it was WORTH IT!!!. I got the Grilled Fish Taco and it was absolutely delicious also got a Carne Asada Taco and Burrito. Both excellent. Better and Cheaper than Taco Bell. If you haven’t tried this place you do not know what your missing. We are already looking forward to out next visit.
